McClellan Park has partnered with Overton Security, one of the largest and most respected security providers in California, to provide random vehicle patrol services throughout the business park. All security officers are trained for site specific duties which include responding to disturbances, gate access, traffic control, parking enforcement, lock/unlock common areas, construction site security, stationary guard services, parking enforcement and roving vehicle patrols.
Overton Security has been providing security services for over 20 years. Overton’s officers are trained in conflict resolution, vehicle theft, vandalism, and loss prevention. The security officers are highly visible and interact with customers, tenants, vendors and trespassers, as well as work closely with the local law enforcement.

Video Surveillance

MBP has partnered with Ojo Technology, a leading integrator of Networked Surveillance Video Systems in Northern California, to provide additional security for McClellan Park. Video will be available over secured Internet connections from various public locations in the Park to authorized users, including real-time imagery via remote PDA units for the onsite security service. Additionally, tenants will be offered the option to procure and attach indoor and outdoor cameras to help secure their business property and staff.
