The Runway to Riches Broker Challenge is off to a great start! We've embarked on an exciting 18-month incentive program designed to take our participating commercial brokers and agents on the "Runway to Riches." This is an exciting time at McClellan Park - with the numerous leasing, build-to-suit and land sale opportunities, the next 12 months should be our biggest ever. We already have a number of deals in the works with some of the areas top commercial brokers, including many returnees from the "Ranch to Riches" contest at Stanford Ranch.

For every sale or lease of commercial property generated at McClellan Park and Stanford Ranch, you'll receive points, allocated according to the dollar volume of the deal that will put you in a position to win major prizes. We're talking the possibility of dream prizes like vacations, boats, luxury cars and jewelry. If you haven't done so already, please register for the program by completing the Wish List form.
