McClellan Business Park has named John Knauer as its new Vice President of Leasing. He will work with the McClellan Park team to lease and sell existing buildings and land, and on new development opportunities.

McClellan Business Park has inked leases with five companies totaling nearly 100,000 square feet, for a net gain of about 75,000 square feet over the last year.

The branch facility will include a 19,600 sf sales/service building and equipment rental yard on the site to serve the growing regional commercial construction industry.
