MOTION TEXTILE INC SELECTS MCCLELLAN PARK AS ITS NEW HEADQUARTERS

Motion Textile, Inc, a full service contract apparel printer, has committed to a long term 48,447 square foot lease at McClellan Park. With its former headquarters located in West Sacramento, Motion Textile, Inc will relocate its textile embellishing and distribution facility along with 30 employees to McClellan Park. Motion Textile, Inc anticipates moving into the 48,447 square foot warehouse space in Dec 2012.

 

“We are thrilled to have Motion Textile, Inc join McClellan’s growing roster of tenants. We’re pleased they have selected McClellan Park to locate their new headquarters as they continue to grow and expand,” said Ken Giannotti, McClellan Park Senior Vice President.

 

“We toured hundreds of buildings until we found a location that best suited our needs. This expansion will double the size of our current operation in the next year alone while allowing space for new service offerings. McClellan Park is the perfect place to grow,” said Tom Davenport, President of Motion Textile, Inc.

McClellan Park will complete a minor interior retrofit to accommodate Motion Textile, Inc’s specific requirements.

 

The facility is prominently located along Peacekeeper Way in close proximity to the McClellan Airport. The building was recently renovated with new truck docks, exterior façade enhancements, a new office component, and warehouse lighting retrofit. Construction completed in July 2011. Hartin & Hume Inc. completed tenant and building improvements. Architect: CH&D Architects.

 

About McClellan Park:

The County of Sacramento selected McClellan Business Park, LLC, in 1999 to acquire and redevelop McClellan Air Force Base.
