LeMar Auctions and Estates Services has opened a new 10,000 square foot facility at McClellan Park.
Unison Comfort Technologies will be relocating into a new 105,000 square foot facility at McClellan Park.
On Thursday Sept 25, McClellan Park is partnering with Sacramento Metro Chamber to bring the Regional Business Metro Expo. This includes a comprehensive trade show, incredible networking, and the most important marketing oppurtunities for every company in attendance.
McClellan Park is pleased to announce the completed construction of the 265,282 square foot Consolidated Operations and Museum Collection Center for the California Department of Parks and Recreation. Most notably, the project has been certified LEED Silver.
The historic Lions Gate Hotel & Conference Center has joined Lexington by Vantage’s quickly growing soft brand, Lexington Legacy. The 122-room, full-service hotel is the second property to become a Lexington Legacy Hotel this year.
To add to its already extensive meeting facilities, the Lions Gate Hotel at McClellan Park has debuted a multimillion dollar conference center located within McClellan Business Park.
On January 7, 2013, Governor Edmund G Brown Jr. approved the transfer of 528 acres of land at the former McClellan Air Force Base near Sacramento, California to McClellan Business Park. The transfer includes a variety of industrial facilities, office buildings, and vacant land and will include privatized remediation of environmental damage
McClellan Business Park, LLC raised a record $35,000 this year to purchase groceries and gifts to help 300 local families in need.
Motion Textile, Inc, a full service contract apparel printer, has committed to a long term 48,447 square foot lease at McClellan Park. With its former headquarters located in West Sacramento, Motion Textile, Inc will relocate its textile embellishing and distribution facility along with 30 employees to McClellan Park. Motion Textile, Inc anticipates moving into the 48,447 square foot warehouse space in Dec 2012.
