Sacramento County Approves Two Warehouse/Distribution Buildings Totaling over 660,000 square feet

MCCLELLAN, Calif.  – McClellan Business Park is pleased to announce the design approval from Sacramento County for two brand-new Class A industrial distribution buildings.  The two speculative buildings will total 660,000 square feet located in the McClellan Industrial Center at McClellan Park.

The speculative buildings will reach completion during the first quarter of 2017. Building A is 592,510 SF, while building B is 72,400 SF. Both will have a 32‘ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, and 2,000 amps/480 V, and a cross dock.

­In the past 9 months McClellan Park has since leased and sold over 607,464 SF of new space. New commencement leases include a wide array of distinguished companies. Amongst the notable transactions are Kelly Pipe with 9.81 acres, CPRT/H&E Equipment with 3.40 acres, Imetco with 46,900 SF, USDA with 35,770 SF, and Taylor Metals with 28,659 SF.  Other transactions include Big Duty, which leased 23,028 SF in building 475, Taylor Metal Products with a 28,659 leasing contract in building 1048, Berger Steel leased 19,887 SF, and PODS with 40,000 SF. McClellan Park’s overall sales totaled 18,522 SF at $4,183,765.  Noteworthy sales include H&E Equipment Services, Kelly Pipe, and Gateway Charters. H&E Equipment Supply and Kelly Pipe has occupied the Santa Ana Business Park.

McClellan Park has also leased office space to SBM Management Services with 8,204 SF in Building 200, as well as 7,011 SF leased to Futures Explored Inc.

In total, nearly 200 companies in 5.2 million square feet have found that the quality facilities and wide array of amenities at McClellan Park cannot be found anywhere else in the region. The newly occupied facilities include industrial and office.
